Website content describes RealsClient services in general terms. It is not a binding offer, guaranteed performance claim, or contract unless confirmed in a separate signed agreement.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee leads, cost per lead, sales, revenue, or return on ad spend. Advertising involves platform spend risk borne by the client.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, and branding on this website belong to RealsClient / Sathish Sundar, except client testimonials (credited to their authors) and anything clearly marked as belonging to someone else. You're welcome to view and share pages to evaluate our services; you may not copy, republish, or reuse our copy, design, or branding for another business or website without written permission.
5. Third-party links
Links to ad platforms, portfolio sites, or social profiles are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
6. Limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is, for informational purposes. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but every fee range, ticket-size band, and timeline shown is explicitly marked illustrative — not a quote, guarantee, or contract. To the extent permitted by Indian law, RealsClient's liability arising from your use of this website is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect or consequential loss. This limitation doesn't apply to obligations set out in a signed client agreement, which governs your actual engagement instead.

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website. A signed client agreement may specify different jurisdiction terms for that engagement.
