1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you submit the contact form or communicate with us, we may collect:

• Name, email, phone number
• Business type, service interest, target city
• Deal value band, media budget band, goals, and timing
• Optional message content
• Technical metadata such as IP address and browser type (for abuse prevention)

3. How we use information

We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess whether RealsClient is a fit for your city and budget, and prepare a launch plan. If you go on to work with us, the same information is used to run and report on your campaigns and to contact you about that relationship. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it. Enquiry notifications are delivered by email through Resend, our transactional email provider — Resend processes the message only to deliver it and doesn't use it for its own purposes.

4. Storage and security

Submitted enquiries are written to a log file kept outside the publicly served website directory, so it isn't reachable by a browser or search engine. Server access is limited to the site owner via SSH-key authentication — no staff account or third party has standing access. We don't currently use a separate CRM; if that changes, this section will name the provider. No system is completely risk-free — if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you at the email address you provided.

5. Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your information to advertising platforms, data brokers, or anyone else for their own marketing. Meta and Google are used only to run RealsClient's own ad campaigns — no data from this form is sent to them. The only external processor involved is Resend (Section 3), used solely to deliver the enquiry notification email. We may disclose information if legally required to, such as under a valid court order.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email hello@sathishsundar.in and we'll act on it within a reasonable time, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you enquired but didn't become a client, we keep enquiry records only as long as reasonably useful for follow-up, then delete or archive them; if you're an active client, we keep records for the engagement plus what's needed for accounting and tax purposes.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site sets one cookie: a session cookie that protects the contact form (CSRF protection, the simple math anti-spam check, and a short submission rate-limit). It carries no tracking identifier, isn't used for analytics or advertising, and expires when you close your browser. We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising script on this site. If that changes, this section will be updated before the script goes live.
