Commission & attribution terms
Summary framework for RealsClient’s outcome-aligned fee model. Not a signed client contract.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Commercial model summary
- Agency retainer: ₹0 under the standard RealsClient model described on this website
- Media spend: Client pays Meta and/or Google directly (minimum ₹20,000/month referenced on site)
- Commission: Typically 1.5–2% of verified closed deal value from attributed leads
2. What counts as a qualified lead
A qualified lead is a genuine enquiry that (a) reaches you through a tracked source agreed at onboarding — the campaign, landing page, tracked phone number, or WhatsApp thread — with UTM / form tracking intact, and (b) includes at minimum a name and one verifiable contact method (phone or email). Enquiries missing both contact fields, obvious test submissions, or spam caught by the site's anti-spam checks (honeypot, CSRF, and captcha) are not counted.
3. Attribution window
Unless a different period is agreed in writing at onboarding, a lead is attributed to RealsClient for 90 days from first contact. A closure confirmed within that window counts even if the buyer's decision took longer, provided no untracked source is shown to have generated the same enquiry independently. Re-enquiries from the same contact within the window are treated as the same lead, not a new one.
4. Verification process
Before invoicing, RealsClient and the client jointly confirm a closure using whichever of the following the client can reasonably provide: a CRM record or lead-tracking export showing the enquiry, plus one of — a signed booking/agreement, a payment receipt, or written confirmation from the client's sales team — stating the closed deal value. Verification happens on a rolling basis as closures are reported, not a fixed monthly cycle.
5. Exclusions
Commission does not apply to: contacts already in the client's CRM or sales pipeline before the campaign started; duplicate enquiries from a contact already counted; leads clearly generated through organic search, direct traffic, referrals, or another agency's campaign; and enquiries routed through third-party listing marketplaces (e.g. brokerage portals) where RealsClient did not run the originating campaign. Onboarding includes a CRM / contact-list exclusion check against this list before campaigns launch.
6. Payment timing & tax
RealsClient invoices commission after a closure is verified under Section 4. Standard payment term is within 15 days of invoice, unless a different term is agreed in writing. GST is charged on invoices as applicable under Indian tax law; TDS deduction, where applicable, is the client's responsibility under Indian tax rules. Neither this page nor RealsClient provides tax advice — confirm treatment with your accountant before finalising an engagement.
7. Disputes
If either side disagrees on whether a lead qualifies or a closure counts, the first step is a direct review of the tracking and documentation from Sections 2–4. Unresolved disagreements are escalated to RealsClient's founder (contact below) for a final review within 10 business days. Commission on the disputed lead is paused, not waived, until resolved. This process applies to the web summary; a signed master agreement may specify a different process, which takes precedence.
8. Relationship to master agreement
Signed client agreements supersede this web summary. Contact RealsClient for onboarding and approved contract documents.
